Sometimes, the most rewarding projects are the ones that come full circle. Two years ago, I had the pleasure of creating a unique collage logo for Thirty Mighty Men Ministries, a project commissioned by the founder of Mirror Group. Fast forward to the present, in celebration of Mirror Group's 7th anniversary our creative paths crossed once again! This time, the challenge was to craft a captivating collage logo for her consulting firm.
Embracing the spirit of exploration, I embarked on a textural adventure. The background became a symphony of blacks, with a striking banana leaf paper mingling with one shimmering with mica flakes.
For the "M" itself, I played with various white papers, adding a layer of depth and texture. But the magic truly unfolded when I incorporated the "mirror" element. Reflective silver and metallic papers were woven into the design, creating a mesmerizing interplay of light and dimension, mirroring the way a real mirror reflects the world around it.
The final touch? Weaving keywords that embodied Mirror Group's core values, adding a powerful layer of meaning that visually represents the principles at the heart of their work.
